What is RillyRoos the Business??

RillyRoos is MY business. Well our business, mine and my husbands. I started selling on eBay when I suffered depression after 3′s operation went wrong. I sold our old baby clothes and little bits and bobs from around the home that we no longer needed. I found it quite therapeutic and calming. It was one of the only things I could concentrate and focus on for any length of time too, it was my time out, my place of peace away from all the tubes, and meds and feeds.

So when my bits and bobs started to run out I looked into how to buy some more. From the money I made selling, I bought in more things to sell. I never made any money because I just bought more to sell.

Then a time came when I decided, actually I can make a living out of this, and it will suit us both. With having a large family and one of the children being special needs we need a job that would allow us the flexibility to have the time off for appointments etc.. We also still suffer with anxiety & depression too although it is much better these days, we still have our off moments when the simplest of tasks in the real world weighs heavily upon us. We could never give guarantees to bosses that we could be in the next day. But working for yourself gives you that extra kick up the backside that you need.

So we did it, we set up self employed, registered the business, pay our taxes and so on.

From selling our own baby clothes we now have a massive range of clothes, books and will take on any items that come our way. We also sell items for other people for a 30% commission. Feel free to email us at Sales@RillyRoos.co.uk for details.
